Journal Your Story app good for
I just use this on a two-week work trip to keep my family updated with pictures and words and it was easy to use and very convenient.
I would just like it to be able to print in chronological order rather than reverse chronological order.
I love this app. I have been using it since the end of March, and I think it is awesome. The only thing I wish it had was a way to tag my journal entries. That way if I wrote a journal entry about one of my kids, I could tag them in it. Then it would be nice if I could export specific journals according to my tags. Then I could print a journal specifically for each of my kids or for special events, etc. Thanks for the app. I think its great!
It would be a great tool if you could edit your entries. It would also be nice if it saved automatically if you didnt get to press the done button. I typed an entry and then left my phone and it went to sleep. The next time I opened my phone the entry was gone.
Some bad moments
I loved this app... Until everything disappeared :( I was really bummed when I went to put in my password and it wanted me to make a profile. Now I have no way to access the memories I recorded. Bummer! My phone is a 4s, so maybe it wasnt compatible or fast enough.
I am really enjoying this app as it has gotten me back to journaling on a regular basis after a six year break... However when I got to add a location the app crashes. The location saves when I promptly open it back up but I know that isnt right. Also I would love the ability to add a short video. It doesnt even have to be in had. Just silly things my son does every now and again. Doesnt seem much harder than a voice clip.
Such a great little journaling app. Designed in a way that is as familiar as social media to use.
As someone who has tried many journaling apps, Im glad there finally is a journaling thats worth using. Being someone that doesnt always know what to journal about, this app helps me come up with the small things worth journaling and remember.
Not as powerful as some other apps (particularly where others do syncing), but it’s very straightforward. Good if your journaling on one device.
