Journal Your Story App Reviews

This is a great app. To make it even better I suggest allow us to classify our journal entries into groups. For example I would have a group titled Personal and a group titled Family. And then when exporting you could add some options which allow us to select which groups to export as well as which date range to export. This way I have more control over what I can publish and what content I wish to share with certain groups.

I love the simplicity of this app. Journaling is easy, and I especially love being able to add pictures. There are a few suggestions I would make so it would be awesome! First, if I put more than two pictures in, I end up with one picture and no journaling on one page. That is going to make a hefty journal once its printed. It would be great to be able to manipulate the size of the pictures in the print preview stage. Second, you cant go back and edit journaling on your picture. You just have to erase the whole thing and start over. Third, is there a way to have a section for videos? I get that you cant print them, so maybe you cant embed them into the pages, but it would be awesome to have an extra space. (Maybe I just need a different app!) Also, I agree with other reviewers about it printing backwards..that makes it a little strange to read in print form!

Love the app and the ease of use. What I was looking for. I dont want to share everything via Facebook. Needs ability to edit entries. Also it shows +entry between past entries but it only adds onto the timeline on the current date. No way to enter something in the past

Awesome. Just a quick note: Time capsules show up when you export the journey even though they havent expired. Itd be nice to be able to specify what time frame you want to export, too.

This is a great app. Really nice and convenient. I wish you could go back and edit the writings on the pictures. Other than that the app is great

Super easy and fun way to journal!

For example, the audio recordings dont export. Also, it would be nice to have an easy way to share individual entries. Other than that, its a very seamless capturing app.

I was initially drawn to this app because I loved what it promises to do. To have a quick and easy journal at your fingertips is a great idea as most of my insight hits me in small bursts throughout the day. I love the journal entry prompts! One criticism: Im not a fan of the export layout. Why do the most recent entries appear first when exported? It seems to me far more natural to read the exported version in chronological order of oldest to newest, much like a book.
